A: Please e-mail us for sample price(with product item number), then we will send sample to you when received your payment for samples and delivery fee. For others which are all not routing goods, the sample fee is on OEM sample producing standard. And the sample fee will be returned to you once bulk order confirmed.

Q: About Price: Could I get your price list?

A: Yes, please tell us the products (with their item number), quantity you are interested in or send your inquiry with details by e-mail, then we will offer the price with detail specification by e-mail.

Q: About MOQ: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Usually 500pcs each item, but not fixed.

Q: About payment: How we arrange payment?

A: Three kinds of payment:
1.T/T.
2.Western Union.
3.L/C at sight: Letter of Credit.
if total amout over US$ 3000,We required 30% down payment,70% balance before shipment.If less,we require 100% deposit ahead.

Q: About Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?

A: We will arrange production after confirmation of the order and payment. The production time bases on the order quantity and normally brand-new products takes less 15 days for MOQ after pre-production samples approved by customer. Book shipping will take less than 10 days. Shipping time depend on the destination place. We suggest deliver your goods if little quantity you can ship it by air-express, like TNT, UPS, DHL or FEDEX , so your goods will get to your destination place promptly and safely.

Q: About OEM: How could I begin an OEM order?

A: 1. Send us your design drawings or samples for our quotation. The more information you offer us, the more precise we can meet your demand. Specifying material include size, color, logo design, quantity and so on.
2. Confirmed the quotation by customers.
3. Production of samples for approval.
4. Production proceed after sample approved and deposit received
5. Factory arranges shipment when payment ready.
